First thing I ask that if you don't already have a Beachbody coach that you sign up for a free account at here. If you have a coach but are not currently working with them leave a comment and I can give you instructions on how to change it.
Pre-orders start on 9/1. If you want it for Christmas or to start at the beginning of the year I strongly urge that you take advantage of this. Speculation is that by November all the supply will be reserved and the next batch could be months away. This isn't due to trying, but rather a HUGE demand!
