Friday, December 31

Today was day five on Insanity - Pure Cardio was the workout.  Let me tell you, this workout is no joke!  You start with a thirteen minute warmup, then have about a six minute stretch and then you go for fifteen minutes nonstop!  That's right,  no breaks!  I wish I could say I made it the entire time without a break, then again I wish I could say I made it through half of the exercises without a break.  This one works ya, can't wait for the next weigh in and fitness test in nine days.
