First - Second - Third test results
Switch Kicks - 76-104-124
Power Jumps - 36-45-51
Power Knees - 63-85-96
Power Jumps - 22-30-33
Globe Jumps - 6-9-10
Suicide Jumps - 5-8-14
Push-up Jacks - 18-24-30
Low Plank Oblique - 30-44-50
I am most happy with my Suicide Jumps as that is the most difficult exercise for me.
Phase one down - BRING ON PHASE TWO!
