To date I've got 18 people that are in on the February Challenge. Most of the action is going on at the Team BeachBody Message boards. You can follow the thread here, to post you need to be a member. If you're following here on the blog leave a comment with your update or feel free to join in for the last half of the month.
I'm working on the challenge for next month. I want the goal to be centered around an exercise of some type (run, push ups, crunches etc). If you've got any ideas shoot em over, I'd love to hear them!
