Max Interval Plyo is the second workout of Phase II. I didn't watch this before doing the workout which is a mistake. I was a bit lost on some of the exercises but gave it all I had, which didn't feel like much tonight. I did manage to burn 954 calories during the workout so I must have been doing something right. The crazy thing is I don't feel like Phase I prepared me for this at all. Going to be a challenging couple of weeks to push through these crazy workouts.
Shakeology recipe for the day: banana, 1c soy milk, 1tbsp honey, 1tbsp natural peanut butter with the chocolate mix. One of my staples and favorite recipes. Today was a sad day as I ran out of my packets. Anxiously awaiting my order(s)! Gonna be a mix of greek yogurt, oatmeal, and proten shakes to start the next few days off.
